Private Sector & Voluntary/Community Sector Board Member

Are you passionate about Gloucestershire, its economic wellbeing and future success?

GFirst LEP’s primary goal is to grow the economy of Gloucestershire and we have achieved significant success since our formation in 2011.  We’re currently investing over £100 million in capital projects and over £35 million of European funding.

We’re now recruiting two new board members to represent the private sector and the voluntary & community sector.

We want GFirst LEP to continue to be successful and we’re looking for board members who have the drive, passion and commitment to help our partners and our great executive team make that happen.  Gloucestershire’s Local Enterprise Partnership is led by the business community in partnership with voluntary, education and public sectors to help Gloucestershire realise its economic potential.

Government are committed to enhancing the roles of LEPs and you’d be joining the board at an extremely exciting time as we work with our partners to implement our current plans and develop proposals for a great future for the county.

We are committed to ensuring that our board represents the diversity of Gloucestershire and we welcome applications from anyone aged 18 and above who can broaden our diversity either through experience, sectoral expertise or their background.
