Our ambition is to achieve a carbon neutral county by 2050. We want to look at how we can all contribute to the delivery of the most sustainable development and shape communities accordingly, helping to deliver the ambitions of the Gloucestershire Energy Strategy and contribute to updating the County Council’s Climate Change Strategy. The event is jointly hosted by Gfirst LEP and Gloucestershire County Council.
The event will be facilitated by Simon Roberts, Chief Executive of the Centre for Sustainable Energy and author of the Gloucestershire Energy Strategy 2019.

Gloucestershire Careers Hub to help transform careers education and support skills for covid recovery
Expansion of proven model supporting young people with their career decisions and the post-covid local skills agenda. Overall, more than 2,200 schools and colleges are to be covered by Careers Hubs – nearly half of all the state sector. Initially, at least 35 schools and colleges will be part of the new GFirst Careers Hub.
