SAGE Start-up Weekend

During this Start-up Weekend you will explore and test your idea, receive inspiration and insights, gain new skills and learn the basics of how to set up a successful enterprise, along with other budding entrepreneurs. By the end of the weekend you will have completed a Business Model Canvas and have clear next steps for taking your ideas forward and making it happen!

Both days run from 10:00am-4:30pm. Activities are led by the SaGE project team, business specialists & coaches, and UoG academics. Open to anyone with a business idea who are not yet registered or trading, based in Gloucestershire. NB: Full eligibility criteria applies.

Location: This event is held at The Growth Hub in Gloucester; a wonderful resource for growing businesses. Lunch and refreshments are provided on both days, and parking is available on-site. Please contact SaGE via email with any dietary requirements. Booking information: In order to secure your place on this free course you will need to have completed an online Eligibility/Joining form and a Diagnostic questionnaire – these would have been sent to you by the SaGE team.

Start-up Weekends are offered by Start and Grow Enterprise (SaGE), a University of Gloucestershire project part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). SaGE supports the growth of Gloucestershire-based entrepreneurs and start-ups (trading up to 3 years) through free training, events, networks and resources.
