Despite the persistent rain and floods that we are seeing, enthusiasm and spirits to celebrate Valentine’s this weekend and half term next week have not been dampened. This is the message from many tourist attractions and businesses from around the county and surrounding areas that are still very much open for business, and a message that Cotswolds Tourism would like to reinforce.
