Grow your Business two-day course with Make It Studios

This is a free and inspiring two-day course for new Gloucestershire-based businesses or sole-traders. In the company of other early stage entrepreneurs, you will have the opportunity to develop your brand and explore your strategy for growth.

Monday 24th & Tuesday 25th September, 10:00am-4:30pm.

Who is this course for?

The Grow your Business course is for you if...

- You run a business that is less than 3 years old

- You’re based in Gloucestershire

- You are ambitious and have plans to grow

- You’re feeling a bit stuck in your business and need advice to move forward.

What will I do during the course?

Day 1: Tell Your Story: Harnesses the power of storytelling to create a brand that speaks from the heart. Led by Rachel Savage who will help you discover your purpose and cast the hero of your story.

Day 2: 10 Ways to Grow: Discover effective strategies for growth and innovation. Led by Julie Ellison who will help you identify and develop your business model for growth.

Plus:

Receive expert advice and insights to help your business to grow

Connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and further build your network

Learn about what support is available and develop clear next steps

Lunch and refreshments are provided on both days.

By the end of the course you will have:

• A growth plan

• Objectives and priorities

• Greater motivation and confidence.

Who's taking this course?

Julie Ellison Director at Make It Studios and has 15 years experience as a business adviser and is a Growth Hub Business Guide and trainer for Start and Grow Enterprise.

Rachel Savage from Brand New Story harnesses the power of storytelling to help people create brands and stories that speak from the heart, stand head and shoulders above the competition and know their purpose. Using some of Hollywood's not-so-secret scriptwriting tools, Rachel's flagship two-day workshop is called Create Your Story.

Where is it held?

Make It Studios is Stroud’s newest shared workspace offers hot desking with business support, training, room hire and public classes. Based at Fromehall Mill, just a short walk along the canal path from Stroud town Centre, parking available.

Getting there: Don't follow your Sat Nav! Turn down Lodgemore Lane and follow this road down, over the bridge, then turn right and drive down the canal path. You'll see Make It Studios right next to the small car park.
