New regional COVID testing centre in the county
New regional COVID testing centre to operate at Hempsted Meadow Gloucester from 5 June.

Sarah Scott, Chair of the county’s Strategic Coordinating Group and Director of Public Health said: “This is fantastic news. Being able to test significantly more people each day is a huge step forward in managing future spread of C-19 in the county and beyond.
“From the start of this outbreak we have worked closely with partners across the county, regional and nationally. It’s these strong working relationships that helped secure this centre for the county. Thank you to all involved.”
