The Peer Network programme in Gloucestershire is delivered locally by The Growth Hub, it creates diverse cohort groups of individuals to collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, the programme enables business leaders to discuss their own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.

Each cohort has up to 8 businesses in it, discussion on a problem chosen by one of the companies is guided by our trained facilitator to an action plan agreed by the group. These actions can be enacted and reported on at a later meeting with additional one-to-one mentoring available to support how these actions can be implemented.
